Mobile phones cannot be checked before payment. However, after completing the payment, customers can check the device in front of the delivery rider. All smartphones sold by DNA CELL come with a 1-year official warranty. Customers are advised to record a video during unboxing. If any issue is found, customers must contact DNA CELL immediately.
