Refund Policy – DNA CELL

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if a return request is approved according to the DNA CELL Return Policy and the product cannot be replaced with a new unit.

2. Replacement Priority

In most cases, DNA CELL will first attempt to replace the product with a new one. Refunds will only be considered if replacement is not possible due to product unavailability or other valid reasons.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original purchase whenever possible.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the issue is reported after the delivery rider has left

  • If there is no valid unboxing video as proof

  • If the product was used, damaged, or modified by the customer

  • If the issue falls under official brand warranty service

6. Warranty Cases

If a problem occurs after the delivery process is completed, customers must claim service through the official brand warranty provided by the manufacturer.
