Cancellation Policy – DNA CELL

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order before the product is shipped or handed over to the courier service.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped or handed over to the courier service, the customer will no longer be able to cancel the order without charges.

3. Return Charge for Cancelled Orders

If the product has already been shipped and the customer refuses to receive the delivery or requests cancellation at that stage, the customer will be required to pay the courier return charge.

4. Order Cancellation by DNA CELL

DNA CELL reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing

• Incomplete or incorrect customer information

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is cancelled before shipment and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed according to the DNA CELL Refund Policy.
